We instinctively know what makes us feel alive and what helps us to stay afloat even in the toughest of times. But sometimes we lose track of it. We get too involved in the hardships of life and feel lost in a labyrinth of emotions and frustration.

The good news is that our basic knowledge always stays with us no matter what. Any time we want to, we can zoom into that underlying wisdom.

In this book I use the concepts of ‘feeling good’ and ‘feeling bad’ because our feelings affect the way we experience things. If we feel good, we create and attract good things; if we feel bad, we create and attract bad things.

Feeling Alive is our Natural state. It doesn’t mean, though, that when we feel good and alive all will be fine. No, we still will have our challenges and hardships, but we will have the strength to deal with it.
